『Product Description』 (-, -) Backwash sewage filter adopts horizontal and angular installation method and consists of cylinder, stainless steel filter screen, sewage valve and steering valve. When the filter is working, the water to be filtered flows through the filter screen from the water inlet and enters the pipeline through the outlet for process circulation. The particulate impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. When the residual flow of impurities in the filter reaches a certain level, the steering valve opens and the impurities are discharged from the sewage outlet. After the filter is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to the minimum value and the system returns to the initial filtration state. The system operates normally.
『Design Features』
During normal filtration: the water flow through the steering valve is open. When the water passes through the filter, the fine impurities and suspended solids in the water are deposited near the sewage outlet due to inertia.
. When flushing and draining sewage: the water flow steering valve is open. When the fine particle impurities and suspended solids trapped in the water by the filter reach a certain amount, open the valve on the sewage outlet, and the impurities stuck in the collection section of the filter will be washed away by the action of the water flow until the discharge water is clear. Then close the valve on the sewage outlet to enter normal working condition.
. When backwashing the sewage: the water flow steering valve is closed and the sewage valve is opened. At this time, the water flow is forced from the mesh of the inlet section of the filter cylinder to the outside of the filter cylinder and the shell interlayer in the opposite direction from the outside of the mesh cylinder to flush the adhesion. The impurities on the mesh achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter. Since the steering valve is closed and the water passes through the backflush valve, the flow zone increases and the backwash effect is good.

In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, which is generally consistent with the diameter of the inlet pipeline.
, Nominal pressure:
Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the highest possible pressure in the filter pipeline.
Selection of the number of holes:
